Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Termite & Rodent Pros website and phone referral service, owned and operated by MGM Scale Craft LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Referral Service Only

Termite & Rodent Pros is a free referral service that connects consumers with independent termite and rodent service providers. We do not perform any services ourselves and are not affiliated with any specific provider.

Independent Providers

Providers are independent businesses solely responsible for their services, pricing, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We work to connect you with licensed providers but do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any provider or the results of their work. You should verify credentials and agree on terms directly with the provider.

No Obligation

Using our service is free and places you under no obligation to hire any provider.

Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes. By calling, you consent to such recording.

Compensation

We may receive compensation from providers or partners for referrals. This does not change the cost of using our service, which is free to you.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGM Scale Craft LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any provider's services.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which MGM Scale Craft LLC is organized.
